North of Mifflin Pa. being of sound, and disposing mind and memory, do and public, and declare this to be my last will and testament. FIRST- I order and direct that all my just, and funeral expences shall be paid out of my estate by my Executors hereinafter named. SECOND- I give devise and bequeath to my beloved son J.C. North, the farm situate in Milford Township known as the North Farm, and the Coal Yard in Mifflin, and the buildings thereto(?) and also a note of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) which I hold against him. I direct that my son J.C.North shall pay to my daughter Mrs. Nellie O. Patterson the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) in payments of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per year without interest, first payment to begin three months after my death. I also direct that he my son J.C. North shall pay to my daughter Mary E. North the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) in payments of ($500.00) per yearwithout interest, first payment to begin six months after my death. THIRD- I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Nellie O. Patterson my brick house situate in Mifflintown on Main Street, the house she now occupies. Three houses on Front Street or Water Street, and a vacant lot of 60ft fronting on said street in Mifflintown, and also a note of Sixteen Hundred Dollars ($1600.00) that I hold against her husband Jno. J. Patterson. FOURTH- I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Mary E. North my brick dwelling house I now occupy on Main Street in Mifflin, and all of my household goods, and the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7000.00) in cash, and Twenty One Hundred Dollars of Bonds of the Electric Light Co. The balance of my estate shall be divided equally between my three children, J.C.North, Nellie O. Patterson and Mary E. North. I hereby appoint my son J.C. North, and my daughter Mary E.
