  This deed, made the Twentieth day of June in the year ninteen hundred and 
  thirteen, between Mary Ann Ryan of the City of Scranton, County of lackawanna 
  and the State of Pennsylvania, party of the first part, and Katherine E. Miner 
  of the same place, party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of 
  the first part, for and in consideration of the following: 1st: The sume of one 
  dollar lawful money of the United States unto her well and truly paid by the 
  said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged: 
  2nd: The future payment to her, the grantor, by the grantee, of the  sume of 
  twenty seven dollars on the third Monday of each month, beginning with the said 
  day in this present month, and this consideration to be continued for and 
  during the life of the grantor herein; 3rd: The said Katherine E. Miner 
  executing on the date hereof a mortage secured by theexecution of a bond, each 
  in the real sume of Fifteen Hundred dollars, and each directed to Nettie L. 
  Ryan of Scranton, Pennsylvania, as a morages; each of these papers will bear a 
  realdebt payable and actually to be paid by Katherine E. Miner to Nettie L. 
  Ryan for the sum of fifteen hundred dollars with a period of five years from 
  the date of the same, though debt may be dimished at any time during the 
  period, toghter with interest upon the said debt, or the amount due as shown by 
  such anticipated payments, at the rate of six per cent, per annum, payable semi 
  annually; the mortage so executed and to be paid as aforesaid shallcontain a 
  description of and be, when recorded and until satisfied, a lien upon the 
  property this day herein conveyed; 4th: Relinquishment by the grantee of her 
  rights in and to the  prperty of the grantor, now or in the future. Does hereby 
  grant and convey to the said grantee, her heirs and asssigns forever.
       All that certain piece or parsel of land situate in the City of Scranton. 
  County of Lackawanna and State of Pennsylvania, described as follows, to wit: 
  Being the northeasterly one half, the one half nearest Pine Street, of lot no. 
  twenty two in square or block no. one hundred fifty two ans situated upon 
  street called or known as Irving Avenue, upon LackawannaIron and Coal Company;s 
  map of a part of Scranton; duly registered and recorded; said lot being 
  rectangular in shape and twenty five in front aon Irving Avenue and one hundred 
  and fifty feet in dept to an alley in the rear for public use. With the 
  privilege of using ten feet front of the front line of ssid lot for yard, 
  porch, piazza, baywindows,or vaults, but no other purpose. Coal and minerals 
  excepted and reserved as same are excepted and reserved in deed of the 
  Lackawanna Iron and Coal Company to theScranton Real Estate Company dated April 
  15,, 1905 and duly recorded in Deed 
  book No. 231, page 153. being part of the same lot of land which Mary Rinker by 
  deed dated April 30, 1909, and duly recorded in Deed Book No. 241, page 268, 
  granted and conveyed to Agnes p. Rinker. The property herein conveyed bears 
  street number 641 North Irving Avenue in the City of Scranton, Pennsylvania, 
  and is the same property conveyed to the grantor herein bydeed of Agnes P. 
  Rinker dated Dec. 12, 1910 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds 
  of Lackawanna County Deed book 245, page 593. And the grantor herby covenants 
  that she will warrant the prperty hereby conveyed.
       In witness whereof, said grantoe has hereunto set her hand and seal of the
