                          JEAN ZENKER COSTELL0
  Jean Zenker Costello, 78, a resident of North Scranton, died thursday in 
  Community Medical Center. She is survived by her husband Edward Costello, and 
  was preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Zenker, in 1965.
  
  Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Ludka Werner, she 
  was a 1946 graduate of Scranton Technical High School. Before retiring she was 
  employed by Capitol Records and Haddon Craftsman. She was member of the Polish 
  Women's Alliance and was a lifetime member of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and 
  Mary Church.
  
  Also, surviving are a son, Dr. Kenneth Zenker and wife Dr. Joanne Zenker, 
  Scranton; a daughter Janice Soto, Hackettstown, N.J.; four grandchildren, 
  Jason, and Eric Soto and Evan and Erin Zenker; nieces and nephews. She was also 
  preceded in death by a brother Paul Werner.
  
  The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from the Nicholas Chomko Funeral Home, 
  1132 Prospect Ave., Scranton, with mass of christian burial at 10 in Sacred 
  Hearts Of Jesus And Mary Church, to be celebrated by the Rev. Scott P. 
  Sterowski, Pastor. Interment, Parish Cemetery, Davis Street. Friends may call 
  Monday 5 to 7 p.m.
