This is Mary's oldest son, born in Ireland, came over when he was 4 yrs. old

Scranton Times, Thurs, 2 Jan 1919
     John J Hallinan, 48, 638 Webster Ave, Dunmore, died today. Survived by
three daughters, Catherine, Nora, & Anna Hallinan; five sons, Joseph,
William, John, Edward, & Richard of the US Navy;; mother, Mrs Mary Hallinan;
siblings, Mrs Mary Dempsey of Norfolk, VA; Mrs Brady Erylyn of Wheeling, WV;
Mrs William Feldcamp of Scranton; Sgt Martin of Camp Wheeler, GA; & Michael
of Scranton.

-Note that Earlewine has become Erylyn here.  I am having trouble locating
that line but believe Earlewine to be correct because of other mistakes in
this obit- Nora should be Laura, Anna should be Nan, Edward should be Patrick
(my grfather) but he was called Ed.
