He was formerly employed as foreman of the press room of The Scranton Sun. He was a member of the Bethania Welsh Presbyterian Church. Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Mrs. William Muskey; three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Miner, of the city; Mrs. William Steven, of Binghamton, N.Y.; Mrs Patrick Killea, one niece and two nephews. The body is at the Eugene L. Vosbury Funeral Home, 155 South Main Avenue, where funeral services will be conducted at 2 O'Clock Thursday afternoon by Rev. John H, Kelson Pastor of the Bethal Baptist Church. Interment Shady Lane Cemetery. The Scranton Times Paul Ryan, Pressman, Succumbs in Hospital Paul James Ryan, 1428 Linden Street, well known pressman in Scranton, died yesterday at the State Hosptial where he had was a medical patient the past week. Mr. Ryan, who was employed by the Scrantonian, was a native of Dalton. He resided in Scranton for 30 years and formerly employed as foreman of the pressroom of the Scranton Sun. He was a member of the Bethania Welsh Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. William Muskey, this city. Three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Miner, Scranton; Mrs. William Stevens, Binghamton, amd Mrs. Patrick Killea, Scranton. Niece and two nephews. The body was removed to the Eugene l. Vosbury Funeral Home, 155 South Main Avenue, from where the funeral will be held at 2 pm Thursday. The Rev. John H. Kelson, Bethel Baptist Church will officiate. Interment Shady Lane Cemetery. Kelson, Bethel Baptist Church, officiated. Casket bearers: Frank LLewllyn, Jack Jones, William Evans, Wendal Phillips, Lewis Champlain, George Aten.
