Adam Sharp et. Al to John Sharp Executor }  Know all men by these presents 
that we Adam Sharp, John Oberlin and Susanna his wife, George Buffamayer and 
Lydia his wife, John Gensamer and Christina his wife, and John Druckenbroad, 
George Druckenbroad and Edward Druckenbroad, Samuel Druckenbroad, Isaac 
Druckenbroad, William Druckenbroad, Jonas Druckenbroad, Emanuel Geshart and 
Leah his wife, Lydia Druckenbroad, and George Druckenbroad as Guardian over 
the persons and estates of Obed Druckenbroad Levi Druckenbroad Elias 
Druckenbroad and Catharine Druckenbroad the being four of the minor children 
of George and Catharine Druckenbroad both deceased and John Sharp and Andrew 
Sharp two of the sons of Michael Sharp late of the county of Lebanon 
(deceased) all being legal heirs of the estates of John Sharp and Margaret 
Sharp late of West Cocalico township in the County of Lancaster both 
(deceased) do hereby acknowledge that we have had and received of and from 
Samuel Sharp & Christian Henly the Executors named in the last will and 
Testament of John Sharp decd and also the Administrators of Margrate Sharp 
deceased.  The just and full sum of two hundred and sixty four dollars and one 
and a half cents as a full shear comint to each of us out of the said two 
estates and the Grand children of George and Catharine Druckenbroad each the 
sum of twenty Dollars and thirty cents And the children of Michael Sharp each 
the sum of one hundred and thrity two dollars good and lawful money of Penna 
in full satisfaction and payment of all sutch sum or sums of money shear or 
shears portions and dividend of the real balance of the said two estates of 
the said John Sharp and Margaret Sharp deceased both real and personal as per 
accounts exhibited by the said Executors and Administrations into the 
Registers Office at Lancaster March 19th A.D. 1849.  And therefore the said 
Adam Sharp, John Oberlin and Susanna his wife, George Buffamayer and Lydia his 
wife, and John Gensamer and Christina his wife, and John Druckenbroad, George 
Druckenbroad, Edward Druckenbroad, Samuel Druckenbroad, Isaac Druckenbroad, 
William Druckenbroad, Jonas Druckenbroad, Emanuel Gushart and Leah his wife 
and Lydia Druckebored and George Druckenbored as Guairdean over the persons 
and estates of Obed, Levi, Elias and Catharine Druckenbroad four minor 
children of George and Catharine Druckenbored both deceased and John Sharp and 
Andrew Sharp two sons of Michael Sharp late of Lebanon County dec’d do by 
these presents remise and release acquit and forever discharge the said Samuel 
Sharp & Christian Henly the Executors and Administrators of the said Estates 
of the said John Sharp & Margrate (deceased) their heirs executors 
administrators and assigns of and from the said shear or sheares portions and 
dividends of the aforesaid estate and of and from all actions and suites 
payments accounts sectionings clames and demand whatsoever for or by reason 
there of or of any other act matter cause or thing whatsoever from the 
beginning of the world until the day of the  these presents In Witness 
whereunto we have set out hands and seals this 2nd day of April one thousand 
eight hundred and forty nine.

Be it remembered that on the 2nd day of April in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred and forty nine before me the subscriber one of the 
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Lancaster personally came the 
winin and above named Adam Sharp, John Oberlin and Susanna his wife, George 
Buffamayer and Lydia his wife, John Gensamer and Christina his wife, John 
Druckenbroad, George Druckenbroad, Isaac Druckenbroad, and Jonas Druckenbroad, 
Emanuel Gushert and Leah his wife, Lydia Druckenbroad and George Druckenbroad 
and Guardian over the person and estates of four of the minor children of 
George and Catharine Druckenbroad by name of Obed Levi Elias and Catharine 
Druckenbroad and John Sharp and Andrew Sharp and did acknowledge the within 
and above written release to be there act and deed and the act and deeds of 
the said wards above named and desired that the same might be recorded as 
sutch according to law.  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
seal the day and year above written.
