The petition of Olivia Wicks, widow of Edward Wicks, late of Little Britain Twp. (now Fulton Twp.) deceased, leaving four minor children, viz: Granville Wicks and Gardner A. Wicks over fourteen years of age, and Albert F. Wicks and Evan Thomas Wicks who are under fourteen years of age, and praying the Court to appoint a guardian over the said Albert F. and Evan Thomas, minors under the age of fourteen years. Whereupon the Court appoints the said Olivia Wicks, the mother of said Albert F. and Evan Thomas, their guardian. And the said Granville Wicks and Gardner A. Wicks pray that the Court to appoint their Mother, the said Olivia Wicks, their guardian. Whereupon the Court appoints the said Olivia Wicks guardian as prayed for. The said Guardian is to give security in the sum of $800 for the said four minors.
