All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/lancaster/ _______________________________________________ Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Deed Book S10, page 274 West Cocalico Township Written: September 5, 1863 Recorded: July 12, 1875 Adam Louck's heirs to John Hart } Know all men by these presents Whereas Adam Louck late of West Cocalico Twp Lancaster Co and Commonwealth of Penna decd by his last will and Testament doth devise and order That his Real estate situate in said Township and County aforesaid shall descend unto his wife Mary and her sister Susanna Hart during Their life time & after the decease of his wife Mary & her sister Susanna Hart the same shall descend and come unto John Hart or to his children which said Will since his decease has benn proven and entered in the Register's office of Lancaster Oct 6. 1860 Now know ye that I Susanna Hart now the wife of Jacob McQuade for a valuable consideration to me in hand paid by the said John Hart at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents I do hereby assign and ? ? Release and confirm all my rights title & interest which I may have or hereafter may or could have in the above mentioned real or personal estate of the said Adam Louck dec'd unto my brother John Hart and to his heirs or assigns for ever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 5th day of Sept in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred & sixty three.
