Sheriff Burkholder sold the following properties at public sale in the court house this afternoon: Ten acres of land in Upper Leacock township, with two-story frame dwelling, etc. Sold as the property of Martin M. Gehman, to J. K. Ressler, for $2,675. A two-story brick dwelling and lot of ground, No. 35 North Shippen street. Sold as the property of Selina M. Hensel, to Joel L. Haines, for $2,485. Sixty-four acres of land, with brick dwelling house, etc., in Earl township. Sold as the property of Aaron H. Bear, to Mrs. Elizabeth Hoover for $300, subject to $5,159.40 dower. A lot of ground on West King street, city, No. 205, with two-story brick business building and dwelling. Sold as the property of Elizabeth and John Copland, deceased, to Redmund Conyngham, for $1,400. House and lot of ground on Ferdinand street, Manheim. Sold as the property of Adam L. Gibble, to John E. Snyder, for $200. Two-story dwelling house and carriage wareroom, Nos. 126 and 128 Eat King, with carriage shop in rear. Sold as the property of Philip Doersom, to Lydia C. Doersom, Dr. John M. Bentz and Lula C. Bentz, for $6,300; subject to a mortgage of $7,500. Thirty acres of land with two-story stone dwelling, etc., in Churchtown, Caernarvon township. Sold as the property of Samuel Beam, to Martha Patton, for $600. House and lot of ground on Cedar street, Lititz. Sold as the property of B. F. Baker, to Isaac F. Bomberger, for $986. Thirteen acres of land, with two-story frame dwelling, etc., in Warwick township, sold as the property of U. B. Eitnier, to Fannie Eitnier, for $3,100. No. 1, a two-story brick dwelling and lot of ground, No. 123 North Prince street; No. 2, a one-story brick dwelling and lot of ground, No. 119 North Prince street. Sold as the property of John A. Hiestand, No. 1 to W. T. Brown for $110, subject to a mortgage $3,000, and No. 2 to J. Hay Brown for $10, subject to a mortgage of $2,000. Twenty-four acres and 100 perches of land, with frame dwelling, etc., in Earl township. Sold as the property of John S. Sheaffer, to Samuel B. Sheaffer, for $3,600. Five acres of land with stone dwelling, etc., in Penn township. Sold as the property of Albert Mumme to John Huber, for $200. Ninety-two acres of land with stone dwelling and other improvements. Sold as the property of J. A. Peoples, to W. U. Hensel, for $2,200. Three-story brick dwelling and store, with lot of ground, in Strasburg. Sold as the property of H. Hartman Shertz, to Thaddeus L. Brackbill, for $300. Twenty-one acres of land, with the Highville tavern and other improvements, in Manor township. Sold as the property of Elizabeth Stoner and Bernard Stoner, deceased, to Dr. Henry S. Meiling for $4,500. Frame house and lot of ground in Marietta. Sold as the property of D. W. Menge, to the American Mechanics Building and Loan Association, for $50. One hundred and thirty-five acres, with improvements, in Drumore township. Sold as the property of Annie Rowe and Samuel Rowe, to W. U. Hensel, for $700. No. 1, one acre of land, with two-story stone dwelling house, etc., in Martic township. Sold as the property of J. W. Johnston, to J. Hay Brown, for $355. Three tracts of land in Drumore and Martic townships containing 122 acres, 18 acres and 13 acres respectively, on which are erected a log dwelling house, etc. Sold as the property of J. W. Johnston to J. Hay Brown for $50. Subject to a mortgage of $9,500 with interest. One-fourth of an acre of land with a two-story frame dwelling, etc., in Fairville, East Earl township. Sold as the property of Harvey Slater to Levi Watts, for $5. Three and three-quarters acres of land with dwelling house and other improvements, in East Earl. Sold as the property of Daniel Eshleman to Levi Watts, for $310. House and lot of ground on South Prussian street, Manheim. Sold as the property of G. D. Miller, Jr., to John B. Stroh, for $100. No. 1, one-half acre of land at Blue Ball; No. 2, ten acres of wood land in East Earl; No. 3, three acres of woodland in East Earl; No. 4, twenty acres of woodland in Caernarvon township, No. 5, six acres of woodland in Carnarvon; No. 6, six and one-half acres of sprout land in East Earl township. Sold as the property of Abm. M. Weaver. No. 1 to Eli Weaver for $5; No. 2 to Moses M. Weaver for $5; No. 3, to the same for $5; No. 4, to the same for $100; No. 5, to the same for $33; No. 6, to Elizabeth S. Weaver for $14. 108 acres of land with brick dwelling, etc., in East Drumore twp. Sold as the property of George H. Wettig to David B. Landis, for $1,000. Haines for $500. No. 1, three acres and 108 perches of land in Rapho township, and No. 2, 5 acres and 80 perches of land, with a one and one-half story frame house, etc. Sold as the property of David and Mary Ann Lehman, of Rapho township, to John H.
