Muster Roll
Jacob M. Brown, Co. A, 83rd Infantry, was drafted and mustered in Sept. 7, 1863 
as a Private at Lancaster, Pa.  He was aged 20 at enrollment.  (Wounded at Laurel 
Hill, Virginia May 8, 1864 -- Bates)  Transferred from Co. C Sept. 5, 1864.  
Mustered out with Co. A, June 28, 1865.
