Shay, Abram Ditzler and Wm. Bruder for malicious trespass before Alderman Cummings. These are the young men who went on the premises of the presecutrix on Wednesday afternoon and tore onions from the bed and destroyed growing vegetables. All of the young men were taken to the station house in the patrol. There Bender gave the officers the slip and was caught by Officer Gill after a chase of ten squares. Returned to Court. Harvey Fisher was heard by Alderman Rife on Wednesday evening on a charge of stealing brass out of the yard of J. W. Miller's silver plating works. He was committed for trial. Fisher served a term of eighteen months for a similar offense and was released only a short time ago.
