Hughes, who died in Pittston, June 14, 1888, leaving an estate valued at $250,000, was admitted to probate, Monday. The will contains some highly sensational provisions. One is that a fifth share of the estate shall b© paid over to the executors in trust for his son William H. Hughes, the latter to receive the income therefrom annually, but he shall have no control or management of the same. Another provision is that Mary M. Hughes, a daughter, shall not enjoy the emoluments of her share unless she shall refuse to live with her husband, John W. Davis. Mr. Hughes never liked Davis.
