Lancaster daily intelligencer. (Lancaster, Pa.) 1864-1928: March 30 & 31, 1880
Christian Berger, an old resident of this city, died at the residence of his
son-in-law, Amos Deverter, on North Queen street, this afternoon about one o'clock,
of consumption. Mr. Berger was born in Wurtemberg and has been living in Lancaster
for forty years. He has two children living, one of whom is the wife of Mr. Deverter
and the other of Jeremiah Snyder. Deceased was 70 years old. Interment at Woodward
Hill cemetery.
