MISS EMMA V. BARBOUR

Miss Emma V. Barbour, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Barbour, of No. 951 East 
Orange street, died on Sunday evening at 6:30 o’clock after an illness of seven 
weeks.  She was a member of the assembly on North Prince street.  Mrs. Lucy 
Hocking, wife of Charles Hocking and Miss Bertha Barbour are sisters and Evans 
Barbour is a brother.  The funeral will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m.  Interment 
will be made at Mellinger’s cemetery.
