Lancaster daily intelligencer. (Lancaster, Pa.) 1864-1928: December 13 & 16, 1880
William Crissinger, a well-known citizen of Columbia, died at his residence on
Locust street, above Third, this morning of heart disease, aged about 35 years.
Deceased was an active member of the Columbia fire company and that organization
will keenly feel his loss. The engine house has been draped with crape and it is
probable the company will attend the funeral in a body. (Source: Lancaster daily
intelligencer. The funeral took place yesterday afternoon (15 Dec.) from Cookman
chapel of the M. E. church and the interment was made in Mount Bethel cemetery...
