Walter S. Cramer, 83, a guest at Heatherbank convalescent center, Columbia, 
died Wednesday morning at St. Joseph Hospital after an illness of six months.
A former Strasburg resident, he was the husband of the late Mary Miller Cramer.
Born in West Lampeter Township, he was the son of the late John H. and Fannie 
S. Sennich (sic) Cramer.

He had been employed in Strasburg at the Fred L. and John E. Homsher Feed and 
Lumber Company, which later became I.B. Graybill and Sons Company.
Surviving are the following children: Lester M., Frances E., wife of Armer A. 
Miles; Ira C., Anna Mary, wife of Arthur Fitzkee, and Stanley M., all of 
Lancaster.

Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; one step-great-
grandchild; a brother, John, of Mount Joy, and two sisters, Florence Wallick 
and Elizabeth Cramer, both of Lancaster.
