Davidson, an aged resident of this boro, died last Friday evening, at the residence of his neice (sic) Mrs. Harry Deifenderfer, No. 349 East New Street, Lancaster, Pa., of a complication of diseases. Mr. Davidson made his home with Mr. J. C. Miller of this boro, until a few weeks ago, when he was removed to Lancaster to his neice's (sic) home. His age was 79 years. He was a veteran of the Civil war. His wife died some years ago. One daughter, Mrs. Alice Horn, of Dalton, Ohio, survives. N. B. Davidson of this boro, is a brother of the deceased. Several other brothers and sisters also survive, who reside in the West. There are two grand children and one great grand child. The funeral was held on Tuesday at 1:30 P.M. from the residence of Mr. J. C. Miller. Services were held in the T. U. Church and interment took place in the Terre Hill Cemetery. Revs. B. G. Welder of Reamstown and I. E. Johnson of this boro, officiated. H. E. Reeser, was the funeral director. Terre Hill Times, Friday, November 25, 1910
