Lancaster, Pa., Aug. 22. - While working on a pole, 40 feet above the ground, 
Frank Dewalt, aged 37, a Pennsylvania Telephone company lineman, received a 
shock, by his climbing spur touching a live wire, that threw him to the street.  
His skull was fractured.  He died at St. Joseph's hospital without having regain 
consciousness.
