Finger, sixty-four, E. Lemon St., died yesterday at 3:15 am in Lancaster General Hospital after a prolonged illness. A native of Lancaster, he resided here his entire life and was a son of the late John A. and Elizabeth Barnhardt Finger. He was employed in the lacquer department of the Armstrong Cork Co. for 35 years. He was a member of St Mary's of the Assumption Church. He was a veteran of World War I, having served in England and France, and was one of a group of soldiers from the Army Air Corps who were invited to Buckingham Palace for tea with King George V. Surviving are his wife, Ada G. Lefever Finger; five children, Ethel M., wife of Harold Martin, Conestoga R 2; Blanche, wife of Amos Shuman, Lancaster R 3; Catherine, wife of Joseph Tretter, Robert L and John L., a member of the city police department; 2 great-grandchildren. and a sister, Miss Catherine Finger, this city.
