Edna Frailey, seventy-two, widow of William O. Frailey, Jr., 1608 Lititz Pike, died Wednesday at 6 a.m. at her home after a prolonged illness. Her husband, a retired city druggist, died March 3 of this year. Mrs. Frailey, a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, sang in the church choir 55 years and directed the choir for 20 years. She was a member of the Catholic Woman's Club, Dominican Sisters Auxillary, St. Joseph's Auxillary and the Musical Art Society. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Franklin M. and Elizabeth Himmelsbach Rooney. Surviving are these children, William O. III, Lancaster; John F., Pleasant Ridge, Mich.; Richard R., Tucson, Ariz.; Bette, wife of Ronald Wilson, Downey, Calif.; C. Milton, Lancaster; Henry F., Elmira, N.Y.; and Gerard E., East Petersburg. Also surviving are 29 grandchildren, a sister, Helen, wife of Daniel E. Wyman, Ardmore; and a brother, C. Milton Mowery, Hollydale, Calif.
