Frailey, seventy, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at 7 p.m. yesterday at his home, 1010 Woods Ave. He had been under the care of a physician. Mr. Frailey was associated with Conestoga Memorial Park. For many years he had been secretary of the Home Mutual Fire Insurance Co. in which he was associated with his late father. Born in Lancaster to the late William O. and Elizabeth Strobel Frailey, he was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Frances Gordon, and six children: Henry E. Jr., St. Louis, Mo.; James G. with the U. S. Navy in the Mediterranean; Robert T. with the U. S. Army in Bonn, Germany; Edward F. with the U. S. Air Force at Beale Air Force Base, Calif.; Mrs. Dorothy Flynn, Lancaster, and Sister M. Daniel, Washington, D. C.
