MRS. EMMA HEINAMAN.
The Death of a Columbia Woman Attributed to the Influenza.

  La Grippe is taking a firmer hold each day on Columbia.  The first 
well authenticated case of la grippe resulting in death in that borough 
was that of Mrs. Emma Heinaman, aged  31 years wife of John W. 
Heinaman, residing on Bethel street.
  Mrs. Heinaman was attacked with la grippe on Thursday last and died 
this morning at 5 o'clock.  The immediate cause of death being 
pneumonia.  The funeral will take place from her late residence on 
Bethel street, on Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock.
