Deceased - William T. Hess
Age - In his 66th year.
Date of death - August 7, 1950
Place of death - At his home in Atglen [Chester Co PA]
Cause of death - An extended illness
Parents - The late Emma Jane McCarty and Thomas W. Hess
Survivors - Other than his wife, Ada V. Hess, of Atglen, are three children, 
Blanche, wife of T. Rupert Chalfant; Dorothy, wife of Russell L. Radcliff, and 
Harold K. Hess, all of Atglen; one brother, Samuel S., of Parkesburg, and two 
sisters, Mrs. Jeannie [Jennie] Smale, of Parkesburg, and Mrs. Nellie Sharp, of 
West Chester. 
Also surviving are nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Buried August 10, 1950 in the Atglen Methodist Cemetery, Atglen, Chester Co, PA
