Himmelsbach died Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. P. G. Decker, Birdsboro, aged 76. Death was due to heart trouble. His wife and the following children survive: Mrs. Elizabeth Mowery, Mrs Harry Banshoff, Albert and Emily, all of Lancaster; Mrs. Benjamin Roher, of Brickerville, and Mrs. P. G. Decker, of Birdsboro, with whom he resided. The funeral will be held Monday morning at 8 o'clock from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mowery, No. 515 East Strawberry street with requiem Mass at 9 o'clock at St. Anthony's Catholic church. Interment in St. Anthony's cemetery. Deceased was a carriage maker by trade and made the first patrol used in Lancaster. He was a veteran of the Civil War, having served with the 195th Pa.
