About thirteen years ago he moved to Wareham, Mass., and was the superintendent of the Standard Horseshoe Company, of that place. He is also survived by his father and mother, one brother William, two sisters, Jenny, of Columbia, and Gertrude, wife of Charles Wagner, of Lancaster. He was a member of the Evergreen Lodge No 66, Knights of Pythias, of Columbia; the Red Men, and the Masonic fraternity of Wareham. He was also a member of the Methodist church. Mr. and Mrs. Hollis have left for Wareham, and the body will be brought to Columbia on Tuesday. Lancaster Daily Intelligencer, February 26, 1917
