Mrs. H, Johnston, Strasburg, Dies

Mrs. Ella Bender Johnston, wife of Howard G. Johnston, 26 W. Main St., 
Strasburg, died yesterday at her home. Death was due to a heart condition. 
She was a daughter of the late William K. and Elizabeth Hartman Bender, and 
was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Strasburg, and church organist for 
many years. She was a member of Donegal Chapter, Daughters of the American 
Revolution, for more than 50 years.  Besides her husband, surviving is a 
sister,
Mrs. Christine Bender of Lititz.
