Reuben Leicey, a well-known resident of Stevens, died on Saturday morning, of chronic dysentery, aged 71 years, 5 months and 8 days. Deceased was a member of the Reformed church. He is survived by his widow, three brothers and four sisters. The funeral took place on Tuesday forenoon, with interment at Steinmetz's meeting house, near Schoeneck. Rev. S. Schweitzer, of this borough, officiated. The pall-bearers were William Mellinger, Henry Showalter, William Fessler and Peter Brubaker.
