Martin, of Ephrata, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Reuben Caulwell, at No. 125 Grant street, that borough, from general debility, on Sunday. He was in his eighty-ninth year and was the oldest resident of the borough. He was a member of the U. B. church. Deceased was born near Hinkletown and had resided in Ephrata for a number of years. His surviving children are as follows: Daniel Wayne, Scott and Diller, of Reading; Mrs. David Hoffman, Mrs. Reuben Culewell (sic) and Mrs. Edith Martin, of Ephrata. The funeral services were held at the U. B. church at Ephrata on Wednesday afternoon and interment was made in Bergstrasse cemetery. Terre Hill Times, Friday, December 9, 1910
