McCamant On Saturday, Mrs. Emma H., wife of James M. McCamant, passed away at her home on South High street, where she had been ill for about three months. The deceased was a daughter of the late Dr. Charles Heikel and Evaline Everhart Heikel, of Lancaster county, but she and her husband have been residents of this place for a considerable time. She is survived by her husband and other relatives as well as many friends. Mrs. McCamant was a woman of retiring disposition, but a most lovable woman, highly esteemed by all who knew her. She was a member of the Methodist Church and a consistent Christian of charitable character. A relative was the late Dr. Isaiah Everhart, of Scranton, who donated Everhart Grove to West Chester. A sister, Mrs. Mary E. Cressman, and a brother, James E. Heikel, of Scranton, are still living. The funeral notice appears elsewhere. McCAMANT- On Oct. 16, Emma H., wife of James M. McCamant. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from his (sic) late residence, 227 S. High St., West Chester on Tuesday, the 19th inst.
