DIED.

  McGOVERN. January 11, 1890, in this city, Mrs. Mary McGovern, widow 
of the late Thomas McGovern, in the 87th year of her age.
  The relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the 
funeral, from her late residence, corner North Queen and Liberty 
streets, on Tuesday morning at 8:30 o'clock.  High Mass at St. Mary's 
church at 9:30 o'clock.  Interment at St. Mary's cemetery.

Funeral of Mrs. Mary McGovern.

  The funeral of Mrs. Mary McGovern, which took place this morning from 
her late residence on North Queen street, was largely attended.  
Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Mary's church by Rev. Father 
McCullagh.  The pall bearers were John W. Lowell, Jacob Rathfon, Wm. D. 
Stauffer, John H. B. Wagner, Joseph F. Altick, and H. Z. Rhoads.  The 
interment was made in St. Mary's cemetery.
