Cyrus McQuate, an old and well-known citizen of Vogansville, died at his home on 
Sunday morning.  The cause of death was nervous prostration due to old age.  
Deceased was 78 years of age and taught school in that section of the county up 
to ten years ago.  He was a member of the Vogansville St. Paul's Reformed 
congregation and was for many years an elder of that church.  One daughter, 
Susan, survives him.  The funeral took place on Wednesday morning.
