Armer Miles, 61, of 427 Hamilton St., died unexpectedly of natural causes 
Tuesday afternoon at Lancaster General Hospital.

He was the husband of Frances E. Cramer Miles, who died in June 1992.
Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Verna Lundy Miles of Gordonville.
For the past 15 years he worked at Y & S Candies, Inc. as a cook.
He served as a corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters Kathy A. Miles and 
Tammy L. Columbus, both of Lauderdale, Fla., one son, Russel A. Miles of Fort 
Lauderdale, Fla.; two Stepsons, Martin E. Bailey of Lancaster and Ronald W. 
Bailey of Tampa, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Doriece Y., wife of Roger L. Jones of 
Millersville, and Vickie Lynn Bailey of Lancaster; and eight grandchildren.
