J. H. Miller Found Dead in Strasburg. Well Known Farmer was Victim of Heart Attack While Taking Walk, Deputy Coroner Says. Joseph H. Miller, sixty-five, well-known farmer of Strasburg township, died suddenly Sunday night at his home. He was found dead in an out building near the barn. According to Dr. W. S. Tinney, Strasburg, deputy corner, who said death resulted from a heart attack. Miller had taken a walk about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, after the family had retired. Lester Cramer, who resides at the Miller home, returned at 10 p.m. and failing to find Miller started a search. An hour later, Miller's body was found in an out building. Dr. Tinney said he was summoned at 2 a.m. Monday and performed an autopsy. He was the son of the late Henry and Henrietta Peters Miller. His wife, Frances Heiney Miller survives; and these children: Fanny, at home; Ira, of Lancaster; Ruth, wife of David Beaner, of Bird-in-Hand; Mary, wife of Walter Cramer, of Strasburg; Martha, wife of Clarence Pickel, of Bird-in-Hand; twenty- three grandchildren; and these brothers and sisters: Miss Sarah Miller, of Paradise township; William of Paradise Township; Albert, of West Lampeter; Daniel, of West Virginia; Mrs. Kirk of West Virginia; Elmer, of Nickel Monies; Mrs. Lillie Bleacher, of Lancaster and Mrs. Birdie Miles, of Holtwood.
