MRS. U. S. GRANT RHODES

Mrs. Mary Rhodes, 63 years old, wife of U. S. Grant Rhodes, 526 West Chestnut 
street, died this morning in the Lancaster General hospital.  Death was caused 
by apoplexy after an illness of four years.

She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal church.  Her husband survives and two 
brothers:  David Rose of Rose Bros., this city, and John Rose, Atlantic City.

Announcement of the funeral will be made later.
