Ruth M. Styer

Ruth M. Styer, 70, wife of Albert L. Styer, of Parkesburg RD 2, was pronounced 
dead on arrival at Coatesville Hospital Wednesday (July 15, 1981) evening after 
apparently suffering a heart attack at her home.

Born in Chester County, she had lived in the county all her life.  Mrs. Styer 
had been employed by the former Marriett Silk Mills of Coatesville as a machine 
operator, retiring in 1976.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Paul Amway of Houston, 
Texas, and three daughters, Dorothy Clark and Annie Gregor, both of Coatesville 
and Joan Finnefrock, of Sanford, Fla; two stepchildren, Albert Styer, Jr of 
Coatesville and Carolyn Young of Mount Joy.  10 grand children, six great-
grandchildren and two brothers, Edward Hiddleson, Romansville and Milton 
Hiddleson of Downingtown.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 am at the Wilde Funeral Home in 
Parkesburg with interment at Rolling Green Cemetery in West Goshen Township.
