The Ephrata Review  Sept. 23, 1937

Mrs. Mary A. Swarr, 79, widow of Levi G. Swarr, of Mechanic Grove, died at her 
home at 6 a.m., last Thursday of complications. She was the daughter of the 
late Rev. Tobias and Catherine Landis Shenk, and was a member of the Mechanic 
Grove Mennonite church. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery.
