Sweigart died on Thursday morning at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sweigart, near Reamstown, following a lingering illness from a complication of diseases. The deceased was 24 years of age, and was well known throughout the community. Fraternally he was a member of the P. O. S. of A., and of the Knights of Malta, of Reamstown. Besides his parents the following brothers and sisters survive: William, of Shillington; Katie, wife of George Miller, of Mechanics Corner; Elam, Reamstown; Lizzie, wife of Charles E. Sweigart, of Mohntown; James, Ephrata; Annie, wife of Elmer Lorah, Reamstown; Benjamin, of Mohnton, and Clarence, Harry, Raymond, Earl and Paul, all at home. The funeral will take place from his late home on Monday morning at 9:30 o'clock with services following at Muddy Creek church. Rev. Martin W. Schweitzer, of Ephrata, officiating.
