Turney Wetzler, 103, formerly of Parkesburg, died at her home, 131 E. Lemon St., Lancaster, early yesterday. Born in Parkesburg, she was the widow of John Franklin Wetzler, and made her home in Lancaster for the past 23 years. She was the daughter of the late Hugh and Anna Rosinski Turney. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lancaster and the Missionary Circle of the Church. Mrs. Wetzler was awarded a plaque by her church on her 102nd birthday, as the oldest living member. Surviving are four sons, A. John Wetzler, Pleasantville, N.J.; Charles I. Wetzler, Lancaster; D. Galen Wetzler, Unionville; and Norman D. Wetzlar, Parkesburg; two daughters, Miss Orpah A. and Miss Corabel, both at home; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. WETZLER - In Lancaster, on November 2, 1961, Susan L. Turney Weztler, widow of John F. Wetzler, in her 104th year. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the funeral home of Fred E. Groff, Inc., 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster, on Sunday, November 5th, at 2 p.m. Interment St. John's Episcopal Cemetery, Compass, Pa.
