The funeral of Eugene, son of John and Emma Zerbe, was held from the parents 
residence.  Rev. J. A. Wickert officiated.  Services and interment took place 
here.  His age waser8 (sic) months and 1 day.  The bears were 4 uncles Charles 
and Elmer Zerbe and John and Michael Witwer.  The remains were dressed in a 
white dress and rested in a baby blue casket with silver trimmings and a silver 
plate "Our Darling", covered with an elderdown blanket, trimmed in baby blue.  
The tributes were spray of wax lilies from parents.  Funeral director Messner 
had charge.
