Hershey is Wedded to Miss Annie C. Stehman. A pretty wedding, the second in the history of Hotel Lancaster, took place at that popular hostelrie on Tuesday evening. Aaron B. Hershey was united in marriage to Miss Annie C. Stehman. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. W. Meminger, pastor of the First Reformed church. The handsome parlor of Hotel Lancaster was tastefully decorated with tropical plants and flowers for the occasion of the wedding. The bridesmaids were Miss Ada Myers, of New Danville, and Miss Ella Herr, of Lime Valley. The groomsmen were Frank Bausman, city, and Henry Snavely, of Lancaster Junction. Those present at the wedding were as follows: Misses Alice and Lily Hershey, Henry Hess and wife, Miss Annie Myers and John Hershey, all of New Danville, and Eli Haverstick, of Lancaster. After the ceremony was performed the wedding party sat down to a sumptuous supper, which was prepared in a style which has made Mr. Snyder justly celebrated. The 7:50 train carried the happy couple west. They will visit Osborne and Dayton, Ohio, and will return in about two weeks and take up their residence in Salunga. The groom is a popular and prosperous young butcher of that place. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Annie Stehman, of New Danville. The Lancaster Daily Examiner, Wednesday, January 29, 1890
