Honaman The marriage of Miss Mary Shenk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Shenk, 129 Pearl street and Rev. Earl M. Honaman took place yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock in St. John's Episcopal church. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Frederick P. Houghton, rector of the church. The bride was given in marriage by her father and was attended by her two sisters, Miss Dorothy R. Shenk as maid of honor and Miss Helen G. Shenk as bridesmaid. She wore a gown of ivory satin and a bridal veil of Duchess point lace fastened with orange blossoms and pearls, and she carried a shower bouquet of white rose buds. The maid of honor wore green satin back crepe and a large picture hat to match trimmed in pink. Her flowers were pink rose buds. The bridesmaid wore pink satin back crepe and a large hat trimmed in green and carried pink rose buds. Palms, ferns and gladiolis were used in the decorations at the church. The bridegroom was attended by Putnam H. Browne, New York city, the son of a former rector at St. Johns and the ushers were John C. Truxal, Robert B. Myers and Ira F. Honaman, brother of the bridegroom, all of this city, and John H. Ambler, Harrisburg. Wedding music was furnished by Mr. Bailey, organist at the church. A small reception followed the ceremony and was held at the home of the bride. After a wedding trip Rev. and Mrs. Honaman will reside in St. Luke's rectory at Mechanicsburg, Cumberland county, where Rev. Honamanis in charge of a group of Missions of the Episcopal church.
