R. Posy, a prominent physician of Lititz. The ceremony was performed by Rev. E. S. Hagden, of Linden Hall Seminary, at Lititz. The bride was becomingly attired in white voile over white silk, and she carried a shower bouquet of Bride roses and lillies of the valley. Mrs. John Shirk, of Lancaster, was matron of honor. She wore pink charmeuse and carried pink sweet peas. Mr. A. W. Posey, of Wilmington, Del., a brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man, and Miss Margaret Crawford, of Lancaster, a niece of the bridegroom, played the wedding march from "Lohengrin." The wedding was followed with an elaborate luncheon. Only the immediate families were present. Dr. and Mrs. Posey departed for a brief wedding trip. Upon their return they will reside in their newly-furnished home, at Lititz. Delta Herald and Times, April 11, 1913 ***NOTE: Surnames typed as in original.
