Fasnacht Dep. I Benoni Burns of the township of Fulton in the county of Lancaster and the State of Pennsylvania, being weak in body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of this frail life do make and publish this my last will and testament as follows, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time here of me made First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid and satisfied by my Executor herein after named, as soon after my deceased as can conveniently be done Second I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachel and her husband John H. Hensel, all my real estate dwelling house and household goods, together with my implements - forever- Third I desire that my executors, herein after named have made and put to my grave a suitable mark Lastly I here by constitute and appoint my son - in- law John H.
