Caola In the name of God. AMEN. I, George Frederick, baker in Earl township, Lancaster County and Province of Pennsylvania, being in perfect health and of sound mind, memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit ñ First I allow, make, ordain, constitute and appoint Anna Maria Frederichin my true and only loving wife to be my only heir in law and executor or executrix and it is my will that she, after my decease, so surviving, fulfill only for herself this my last will and testament. Second, after debts, etc. are all fully paid by the said Anna Maria for the faithful services done unto me the house and household goods and everything belonging there unto. Thirdly I give and bequeath unto her the land whereon the said house now stands erected together with all the fruit grain and husbandry tools which might be thereunto belonging or appertaining. Fourthly I give and bequeath unto her the said Anna Maria all my wearing apparel, both old and new. Fifthly I give and bequeath unto her all my bonds, notes, accompts, and so forth; which are or might be due or owing to the said estate, and the money or moneys which might be due or owing to the said estate, and the money or moneys which might be or may be paid thereon. And I do further give and bequeath all said money or moneys so paid to the said Anna Maria for the bonds to her only sole use benefit and profit as she may think fit without contradiction, molestation or any other manner whatsoever. Sixthly it is my will and full desire that all these articles be fully obeyed and fulfilled by the said Anna Maria and further I desire that if ever hereafter she should after surviving me marry again, then and in such a manner she the said Anna Maria Frederichin is disallowed of constituting a testament or last will in heritage to her then husband and she is hereby excluded of all right, title, interest or benefit which she the said Anna Maria now and forever enjoys. Seventhly it is further my will and desire that after my decease and during my wife's life, in health, wealth, or sickness, or in any manner or ways whatsoever, none of the children or grandchildren, or those children by law, shall or may have a right to demand, ask sum for or recover any thing of these before mentioned articles or other part belonging to the said estate; from by or under any pretext whatsoever, from the said Anna Maria without first her free will and consent thereunto, by virtue of a testament signed sealed and published by her, at her end, or before her departure out of this life. And I hereby nominate and appoint Anna Maria my true and lawful loving wife to be the executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will and wills heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of December, Anno Domini 1763. George Frederick Witnesses: Adam Kingmaker Christian Kramer John George Zeisiger Memorandum: After mature deliberation I, George Frederick, thought fit to annex this endorsement to this my last will and testament, viz. It is my will that each and every of all my children alife, at the time of my death, shall have on English shilling sterling out of my estate, to be paid to each of them within six weeks after my death by my executrix, and that they all and each of them shall be excluded from all farther claim to said my estate. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the 16th day of August, 1766. George Frederick Witness: George Keller Jacob Keller affirmed that George Frederick brought this will and codicil and acknowledged this to be his last will and codicil but does not remember the very day, this 25th day of March, 1771. Edward Shippen, D.R. Affirmed before me this 25th day of March 1771, by the executor. Edward Shippen, D.R. Adam Kingmaker, one of the witnesses, affirmed to the will this 15th day of April, 1771, that is, that he saw George Frederick sign this will but heard nor saw him do anything more.
