Caola In the name of God, AMEN. I Anna Maria widow of George Frederick of Earl Township, Deceased, in consideration of the mortality of my body do hereby this twentieth day of March Anno Domini one thousand and seven hundred and eighty four, make this my Last Will and Testament in manner as followeth viz: I give and bequeath to the Children of my Step Son Noah Frederick the Sum of one pound Pennsylvania currency, and they shall have no farther right to my Estate. To my Step daughter Eva Gethel I give and bequeath the Sum of twenty shillings money aforesaid and She shall have no farther Right to my Estate; to the children of my Step Daughter Gertraud I give and bequeath the Sum of one pound money aforesaid and they shall have no farther right to my Estate. To the widow of my Son Christoph Frederick I give and bequeath one english shilling sterling and she shall have no farther right to my Estate, to my Step daughter Maria Catharina Ketner I give and bequeath the Sum of one pound money aforesaid and she shall have no farther Right to me Estate. The residue of my Estate I give and bequeath to my daughters Barbara Rowland and Anna Maria Hower, to be divided among them share alike. Finally I nominate and appoint my Son in law Sebastian Hower Executor of this my Last Will. In Witness whereof I have put hereunto my hand and Seal the day and year above written: Anna Maria [her mark] Frederick Sealed and acknowledged by the testatrix to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us underwritten Witnesses who saw her subscribe the same. Valentine Werntz Bernard [his mark] Hower Lancaster County s/s: On the third day of March Anno Domini. Before me the Subscriber personally appeared Valentine [about 4 lines were illegible in the microfilm]...above named Sign Seal publish pronounce and dictate [illegible] above and foregoing writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that at the time fo the doing thereof she was of sound and well disposed mind memory and Understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief and also that he saw Bernhard Hower Sign his name as Witness thereto at the Same time. James Jacks, Register Be it Remembered that on the third day of March Anno Domini 1790 The Last Will and Testament in the County of Lancaster Widow deceased was proved in the form of Law and Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Sebastian the Executor therein Named he having first been duly qualified well and truly to Administer the Estate of the said deceased and es[illegible] to exhibit a true and perfect Inventory thereof into the Registers Office at Lancaster within one month from this date and to render a just and [illegible] of his Administration on said Estate within one year or when thereunto lawfully Required.
