Item I gave and devise unto my Daughter Eve wife of Ludwick Road or to her heirs the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease. Item, I gave and devise unto my Daughter Elizabeth the wife of George Reatle the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease. Item I gave and devise unto Catharina the wife of Adam Howe or her heirs the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease. Item, I gave and devise unto Rechena the wife of Michael Kegerize the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease. Item I gave and devise unto my Son Jacob Frey the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease. Item I gave and devise unto my son Henry Frey the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease. Item I gave and devise unto my son John Frey the sum of Twenty five pounds after my decease, and for my household Furniture my will is that it shall be equally Divided among my Eight children above named share and share alike after my decease, and it is further my will that of in case there should be more money after my decease than above bequeathed and Funerell charges paid and all my debts my will is that it shall be equally divided among my above named Eight children or their heirs, And Lastly, I nominate and constitute and appoint my sons Jacob Frey and John Frey and my son in law George Readle to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and do hereby Revoke all other wills, legacies bequeathed by one heretofore maid and declaring this and no other to be my last will and Testament in Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 25th Day of December Anno Domini 1807. On the 8th day of April Anno Domini 1818 Personally appeared Henry Hambright who being duly sworn, and Jacob Good, who being duly affirmed according to law, did declare and say that they were present and ? Elizabeth Frey the Testator make her mark and pronounce and declare the foregoing writing as and for her last Will and Testament, and that at the doing thereof she was of Sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. William Bausman, Register Be it remembered that on the 8th day of April Anno Domini 1818 The Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Frey deceased was proved in due form of law, and Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Jacob Frey, John Frey and George Readle the Executors therein named they having first been duly qualified well and truly to administer the Estate of the said deceased, And especially to exhibit a true and just account on said estate within one year, or when thereto Lawfully Required, Given under the seal of said office. William Bausman Register Lancaster County Deed Book 21, p. 149 FHL#21427 Peter Frey & Others Know all men by these presents, that whereas Elisabeth to Frey of Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, by her last Jacob Frey and Others Will and Testament in writings bearing the date the twenty fifth day of December A. D. one thousand eight hundred and seven, did among other legacies therein contained, give and bequeath unto us children and heirs of the said Elisabeth Frey deceased, the sum of twenty pounds to each of us, and of her said will made and constituted her sons Jacob Frey and John Frey and her son in law George Reatle to be her sole executors in and by the said Will may appear. Now know ye that we the said Peter Frey of the Township of Earl, Lancaster County and Lutwig Road and Eva his wife, and George Reatle and Elisabeth his wife and Adam Howe and Catharine wife and Michael Kegerise and Rechina his wife and Henry Frey all of the township of Cocalico, Lancaster County and State of Pennsylvania, and we do hereby confess and acknowledge that we have received of and from the said Jacob Frey and John Frey and George Reatle the legacy or sum of sixty six pounds thirteen shillings each, so as aforesaid, and therefore we to by these presents release and discharge the said executors forever, of and from all dues, duties and demands whatsoever, which we and our executors or administrators may have claim challenge or demand of or against the said Jacob Frey, John Frey, George Reatle the executors or administrators by virtue of the said last Will and Testament of or out of the estate of the said Elisabeth Frey deceased as aforesaid. In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seal the thirteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen.
