I John Fry of East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, deceased State of Pennsylvania, widower: being at present in good health, but far advanced in years, and of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in a manner and form following, to wit. Item It is my Will and desire that as soon as convenient after my decease, my just debts if any and funeral expenses be duly paid by my Executors hereinafter named. And as touching the residue of my estate, I give and bequeath the same to my children, Samuel, Isaac, John, Henry, Peter, Catharine wife of Jacob Smith, Elizabeth wife of Isaac Lininger, Polly wife of Benjamin Lied, Sarah wife of Isaac Becker, Susanna wife of William Walter, Anna wife of Richard Adam, and Rachel, share and share alike. And lastly I nominate and appoint two of my sons Samuel Fry and Henry Fry to be the executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me here before made, and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three. Samuel Loesher Ephraim Shober Lancaster County On the fourteenth day of July Anno Domini 1856 Before me the Subscriber personally appeared Samuel Loesher and Ephraim Shober the subscribing witnesses to the preceding Will, and on their solemn Affirmations did depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard John Fry, the testator therein named, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, and that at the doing thereof he was of sound and well disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
