  Deed: William O. Hamilton and wife to Jesse Wilson.
  This indenture made the first day of November in the year of our Lord
  1871 between William O. Hamilton and Alice his wife of Mercer County,
  Pennsylvania, parties of the first part and Jesse Wilson of North
  Beaver Township, Lawrence County, and state of Pennsylvania aforesaid
  party of the second part.  Witnesseth the said parties of the first
  part in consideration of the sum of $2300 lawful money of the United
  States of America to them in hand paid by the said party the second
  part and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
  receipt where of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and
  sold and by these presents two grant bargain sell release and confirm
  onto the said party the second part and to his heirs and assigns
  forever all that certain tract and measurage of land situated in
  North Beaver Township in the county of Lawrence and state of
  Pennsylvania aforesaid and bounded and described as following viz:
  beginning at the northwest corner thereof thence by land of Nancy
  Reed South 3  degrees east 128 and 2500 perches to a stone thence by
  land of Adam Leslie North 88 degrees west 66 perches to a poplar
  trading bands by lands of Francis and James Patterson North 3 
  degrees west 128 perches to his stone events by land of Joseph may
  South Oak 88  degrees lWest 65 and five tenths perches to a post at
  the place of beginning containing 52 acres and two rods and 25
  purchase and being ???marked iCi and i3i in the partition of the real
  estate of David Kennedy deceased act No. 22 February term 1865 on the
  orphans court of said Lawrence County together with all in on
  singular hereditaments and appurtenances to send tract and
  meassurages of land hereby conveying belonging or in any wise to
  pertaining and revisions ???? rents puts and profits thereof to
  having to hold the said tract and measurage of land hereby conveyed 
  with the appurtenances into the said party of the second part his
  heirs and assigns to the use of the said party the second part his
  heirs and assigns forever and said and William O. Hamilton and Alice
  his wife the said parties of the first part for themselves and their heirs
  executors aors to buy these present covenant grant and agree to and
  with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that
  they the said parties of the first part to him all and singular the
  hereditaments and premises . . .
