Stevenson, general manager, states that they employed in their wire nail factory a boy named Paul Altieri. He was sent to reformatory 8 or 9 months ago. His father and brother-in-law are employed by us. If you will allow Paul out on parole I will endeavor to see that he is employed here. Judge Wallace of this city promised me to write to you on the boys behalf. Additional Comments: Business stationery heading stated that Shenango Valley Steel Company of New Castle, Pa., were manufacturers of Bessemer pig iron, billets, blooms & slabs.
