Quay, Supt. of Reform School, Morganza, PA: We have a case pending against Patrick Hagan for the maintenance of his son William Hagan at the reform school....It appears that William Hagan was maintained at the reform school from Dec. 20, 1887 to May 27, 1889 = 525 days at a cost of $166.06 - and from Mar. 31, 1891 to Apr. 14, 1891 = 15 days as a cost of $5.32.
